What to expect:

FOR ADULTS: Lessons are typically 40 minutes for adults. For pain relief, it is recommended to start with 1-2 movement lessons a week to see how you respond. Our intensive model (1-2 lessons per day for 3-5 consecutive days) is recommended for severe and chronic pain.

FOR CHILDREN: Lessons for children are typically 30 minutes. It is recommended that children follow our Intensive Model, which consists of 2 movement lessons daily (with a one-hour or more break between lessons) for 3-5 consecutive days. An intensive schedule will typically be repeated every month to ensure the best outcomes. For local families, one lesson per day, two to three per week, is possible.

It is common for both children and adults to be tired after a movement lesson. For proper integration, lessons should be scheduled on days that allow extra downtime and rest. Try to avoid scheduling other therapies on days you have movement lessons scheduled.

We aim to help our clients create lasting and sustainable positive changes. While it is common for clients to experience significant changes during their first intensive, it will often require several intensive sessions to see how your or your child's nervous system responds to movement lessons. Please allow 3-6 months of regular sessions to see how you or your child will respond.
